This line includes bottle buffering & feeding table, high precise linear servo control filling machine, linear cap screwing machine, cap elevator, inkjet dater printer, double sides labeling machine, automatic thermal shrink wrapping machine and top-chain conveyors.
Because of different cap types of daily chemical products, we will use 3 different vibrating cap sorters which will make sure all caps can be sort automatically without manual operation.
This same line can also be used for filling various viscous materials such as food sauce, daily chemicals, vegetable oil, jam, honey, syrup etc.
