“ZBN Vizit” LLP is a typical carbonated soft drink bottler located in Shymkent, the biggest city of South Kazakhstan.
Story between Vizit and Sunswell began in 2,021. Vizit ordered a complete 12000BPH(1L) carbonated soft drink filling line including high speed rotary blow molding machine, oil free high pressure air compressor, low pressure air compressor, air conveyor, high accuracy flowmeters controlling carbonation mixer, rinsing/filling/capping isobaric monoblock, cap elevator, cap sterilizer, full bottle conveyor, laser marker for date coding, and fully automatic high speed film shrink wrapper.
All equipment were shipped to Vizit in June of 2022. Due to COVID epidemic, going abroad for installation and commissioning still faces various restrictions. However, Sunswell overcame the difficulties and resolutely sent a professional and powerful installation team in July 2022. After three months of intense struggle, with the cooperation of the customer, the Sunswell installation team successfully completed the task and successfully delivered the production line to the customer.
From tool preparation, parts inventory, equipment in place to commissioning of all equipment, the professional service of Sunswell team is well accepted by the customer. At present, the production line has passed the acceptance of each product of the customer, and has fully met the customer's expectations.
